Wednesday Lovelies

Here's what I'm loving today!

{1}
My new favorite TV shows - Once Upon a Time and GCB.  They make running on the treadmill so much more enjoyable!  I've watched Desperate Housewives ever since it began, and now that it's ending I'm glad that GCB will fill that void!

Secret Church is Friday night!  If you're not familiar, it's a service David Platt (pastor of Brook Hills Church in Birmingham) does twice a year on different subjects.  This time it is on the cross and Jesus' suffering.  Tickets sold out ages ago, but our Sunday School class is watching it together via simulcast.  It is my first secret church experience and I'm really looking forward to it!

Easter is this Sunday!  This is the first Easter I've not gone to spend it with family.  It's a little bittersweet!  Connor and I will just have a quiet Easter in Birmingham.  We're planning to go to church and then have brunch at Brio.

  1. I'm obsessed with all the stuff you've pinned! Especially those mint green jeans. Actually, that whole outfit is adorable. I've watched Desperate Housewives too. I'm going to miss it. :( I feel like I've grown up with the show as lame as that sounds. I've really wanted to watch Once Upon A time but haven't been able too. Maybe I will just catch it on demand the next time I have 2 mintues to sit down and do something!

  3. not being able to spend some holidays with your family is the downside to being married and starting your own family, but i am actually looking forward to a quiet easter with just the hubs this year (he has to go to work later... but we'll still be able to do church and lunch together)

    and i hope you and your husband still have a great easter, even without your family!! the great thing is, at least you and your family will both be immersed in God's message on easter, and isn't that wonderful???
